  • Dan Sebring. Issue Position: Abortion. 20 April 2012. "As your representative, I pledge to protect the sanctity of innocent life; not allow would-be parents to kill their babies and call it a "choice". Speaking as a former fetus, I am Pro-Life. There is no question in my mind that life begins at conception. There is no circumstance under which the intentional taking of innocent life is acceptable." (votesmart.org)
  • Dan Sebring. Twitter: NoMoore2012. 07 August 2012. "Endorsed by Wisconsin Right to Life!" (twitter.com)
  • Endorsed by Pro-Life Wisconsin (votesmart.org)
  • Dan Sebring signed the Americans for Tax Reform Taxpayers Protection Pledge. "I, Dan Sebring, pledge to the taxpayers of the 4th district of the state of Wisconsin and to the American people that I will: ONE, oppose any and all efforts to increase the marginal income tax rate for individuals and business; and TWO, oppose any net reduction or elimination of deductions and credits, unless matched dollar for dollar by further reducing tax rates." (atr.org)
  • "Lowering taxes can have a number of benefits. If consumers are able to pay less for products due to a lowering of the sales tax, they will be encouraged to spend more money. If income taxes are lowered, people may be encouraged to work harder, thereby increasing productivity. And, if corporate tax rates are lowered, businesses may be encouraged to produce more products and offer more services.High tax rates and complicated tax regimes hurt growth. " (votesmart.org)

  • Dan Sebring. Issue Position: Government Spending. 20 April 2012. "As your Representative I pledge to shrink government; not expand it and abolish wasteful programs; not create them! It's not enough to reduce the tax burden on the American People. Without a simultainious reduction in government spending cutting taxes would only lead to an increase in deficit spending. Benefitting no one in the long term and rendering any cuts in taxes meaningless." (votesmart.org)
  • Dan Sebring. Issue Position: The Nations Economy. "In the name of 'economic stimulus' nearly $800 BILLION dollars are being wasted on pork barrel projects that will do little or nothing to create jobs or restore the economy. Meanwhile the public continues to suffer. The money to be spent on "ecomonic stimulus" will have to be borrowed from other countries like China. Interest payments for the stimulus, bank bailouts, TARP and housing fixes that are supposed to help the economy will amount to another $560 billion annually. Yet another heavy burden placed on the American taxpayer's for generations to come. The amounts continue to compound, the interest continues to accrue, and the debt NEVER gets paid off." (votesmart.org)
  • Dan Sebring. Issues. 20 April 2012. "We must make discretionary and mandatory spending reductions that would cut the deficit in half." (dansebringforcongress.com)

"Cap and Trade is a mechanism by which the fraud of climate change will be used to generate enormous tax revenues for the government and monumental profits for the private owners of the "carbon exhange" required to redistribute "carbon credits" amongst "carbon emitters". Also, entry level positions have traditionally paid minimum wage. Entry level jobs have all but disappeared due to increases in the minimum wage. This affects the poor particularly harshly.

Yes c) Do you support allowing individuals to carry concealed guns?
No d) Do you support a ban on assault rifles?
To fully understand the rights guaranteed to the citizenry by the 2nd Amendment, I think it?s important to define ?Militia?.
